Army Veteran and former Sergeant E-5, Vinny Mogavero has spent more than two decades shaping bodies, minds, and discipline. As one of Rochester’s early pioneers of obstacle course training with Tough Mudder and Spartan, Vinny helped bring functional fitness to the forefront long before it was a trend.
His approach is rooted in balance – building strength, mobility, and recovery as one. Known for helping people overcome everyday pain from stress, injury, and lifestyle, he’s worked with everyone from first-time gym-goers to athletes and post-surgery clients. Whether you’re rebuilding, refining, or chasing a new challenge, Vinny’s mission stays the same:
